| frozen banana | 1 medium |
| old-fashioned rolled oats | ¼ cup |
| almond butter | 1 heaping tablespoon |
| flaxseed meal | 1 teaspoon |
| ground cinnamon | ½ teaspoon |
| vanilla extract | ¼ teaspoon |
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add ¾ cup WEST LIFE™ Unsweetened Plain 16g Protein Smoothie Blend to a high-speed blender.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
- If smoothie is too thick, add additional WEST LIFE™ Unsweetened Plain 16g Protein Smoothie Blend until desired consistency is reached.
- Pour into a large glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy immediately.
