West Life™ Unsweetened Plain 16g Protein Smoothie Blend Oatmeal Cookie Smoothie

Ingredients

WEST LIFE™ Unsweetened Plain 16g ¾-1 cup
Ice ½ cup
frozen banana 1 medium
old-fashioned rolled oats ¼ cup
almond butter 1 heaping tablespoon
flaxseed meal 1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon ½ teaspoon
vanilla extract ¼ teaspoon

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Add ¾ cup WEST LIFE™ Unsweetened Plain 16g Protein Smoothie Blend to a high-speed blender.
  • Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1-2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  • If smoothie is too thick, add additional WEST LIFE™ Unsweetened Plain 16g Protein Smoothie Blend until desired consistency is reached.
  • Pour into a large glass and top with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired. Enjoy immediately.
